When a draft customer is created in Fusebill, the customer information is sent to NetSuite.
The mapped information is sent into NetSuite based on the mappings and settings selected within Fusebill.
The Field Mapping page determines the relationship between the items in Fusebill and NetSuite. Turning on address mapping will update the address contained in the customer's NetSuite address.
Note: The Fusebill address will be considered the main address; whenever it is altered, it will be updated in NetSuite.
Custom fields can also be mapped from Fusebill to NetSuite on the Field Mappings page.
To verify a customer is linked to NetSuite, navigate to the customer overview page.
Note: NetSuite contains character limits on fields. Fusebill will truncate fields based on the NetSuite settings to avoid errors.
