The Digital River integration is a robust system and once set up with the proper configurations should be a set it and forget operation. If there does require troubleshooting, Fusebill has a section to review and debug any issues.
In addition, Digital River's dashboard provides views of Events and API logs. You can review checkout and order information logs to troubleshoot any issues. Fusebill recommends that any changes in tax or ECCN codes, as well as the country of origin, be made on the Fusebill interface.
To access the Fusebill Digital River troubleshooting logs, complete the following:
- From Fusebill, navigate to Setting >Integrations >Digital River.
- On the Digital River integrations page, click the Event Log tab.
- On the Event Log page, you can refine your search by date or entity ID and click Search.
- Click Details to review the message.
