When the integration between Fusebill and Salesforce is created, default field mappings are assigned. You can add additional mappings, modify existing mappings, or add custom Salesforce mappings to Fusebill.
For example, you can map a website from a Salesforce account to the Fusebill reference3 field. Field mappings can not be updated after the customer has been created in Fusebill.
- On the left menu, click Setting >Integrations >Salesforce.
- On the Salesforce page, on the top right, click Field Mapping.
- On the Field Mapping page, you can add, modify, enable/disable mappings.
- Click Save.
Note: When the integration is created, there are default mappings that are created. You can disable this default settings by deselecting the enable checkbox and clicking Save.
Warning: Information over 255 letters long will be truncated to 255 characters when being sent to Fusebill. Additional, some fields, such as country, state, and sales tracking codes require specific value types when being sent to Fusebill. Failure to provide the expected variable type may produce errors or be ignored.
