Fusebill prevents creation of identical frequencies for the same Plan. If you are being prevented from adding a frequency to a Plan, it may be that you are trying to add a frequency that already exists for that Plan, or was previously retired.
If you used to offer a Plan frequency, for example, yearly, then retired it, but now what to offer that frequency again, you will need to restore it.

Navigate to Catalog>Plans.

Locate the Plan to which you wish to add the frequency, then click Edit.

In the Frequencies section, locate the frequency you wish to restore.

Click Restore as Draft.
The frequency is restored, but is not yet active for the Plan. This is to ensure that you have the opportunity to price any Products added to the Plan since the frequency was retired.

Edit the product pricing as necessary then, on the Plans page, click Activate beside the restored frequency.
