This widget provides a breakdown of payment methods residing on all clients set to auto-collect within your Fusebill Account.
Customers with valid payment methods on file are identified and are at low risk of experiencing collection issues.
Customers with Credit Cards that are approaching (or have reached) expiry are also identified. You can leverage Fusebill’s Credit Card Warning Email service to automatically reach out to these customers to have them self-manage their payment methods.
Customers set to auto-collect that do not have any payment method on file are identified as a separate group that require manual attention or need to be properly configured as customers that receive invoices and process their payments off-line by Check or Wire transfer
You can click on any of the groups to be redirected to the customer grid screen with the appropriate payment method filter set.
Provides a high-level view of all payment methods on file and their relative health

Identifies customers that are misconfigured or missing payment methods entirely
