If any error messages were surfaced when attempting to Save them, read them for potential hints on the issue.
Examples:
- An exact street name match could not be found
- Unable to validate the address.
- The address number is out of range
- Invalid ZIP/Postal Code.
Double check with your client on the address provided.
Check the address online with USPS or Canada Post
For advanced taxation and Avalara direct, there will occasionally be addresses not yet registered.
If your account is linked using Avalara Direct, you may need to report the address to Avalara in order to make sure their database is up to date.
If your account is using Advanced Taxation, report it to us and we'll report it accordingly.
To work around this, put "General Delivery" in line two of the customer's taxation address. This will validate the address exclusively on the Zip or Postal code.
