In this release, Fusebill is pleased to announce the launch of our new MRR reporting module.
This new MRR reporting functionality provides you with a complete breakdown of monthly recurring revenue sources from every customer under your account. Gain useful financial insights to power your business decisions.
New MRR Summary Dashboard
Your Dashboard widget containing the MRR summary has now been modified to use the new MRR summary in order to ensure consistency and accuracy. In addition, you will now see a summary of all MRR activity spanning the complete previous year, under your account.
MRR Summary and the MRR Momentum Grid
The new MRR reporting module allows you to run an MRR summary across any desired monthly time range.
This report provides access to a detailed MRR Momentum Grid that allows you to drill down and identify the specific customers that contribute to New, Expansion, Contraction, and Churn MRR.
MRR by Customer
With the MRR by Customer report, you will now see a detailed breakdown of each individual customer’s contribution to closing Monthly MRR. Use this report to isolate the contribution made by your customers to your profitability and identify your top contributors.
MRR by Sales Tracking Code
The new MRR reporting module leverages Fusebill’s sales tracking code functionality allowing you to provide commissioning and reseller reporting based on MRR contributions.
MRR by Activation Cohort
You can now clearly see the sustainability of MRR contribution by customers activated in past months. Use this report to identify your MRR retention rates across extended time periods.
MRR by Catalog Entities (Plan, Product, GL Code)
With the MRR reporting module, you can easily segment your Monthly Closing MRR by catalog entities. This can help your marketing and accounting teams identify components in your product line that contribute the greatest amounts to your MRR over time.
