The MRR Summary report allows you to track your MRR Activity over a time range that you specify.
The MRR summary report must be run separately for different currencies. If you have multiple currencies in your account, there will be a drop menu at the top of the report where this is selected.
The MRR Summary report can be run for Gross or Net MRR values, Net MRR will include discounts.
Summary
The MRR summary provides you with your opening and closing MRR for the time period that you have selected. You can click into any of the bars for a breakdown of how that months MRR was calculated.
Bar Graph
The bar graph will show closing MRR at the end of each month within time period specified. You can drill down into any month to see a breakdown of MRR activity within the month:
New MRR - represents MRR growth for new customers and subscriptions
Expansion MRR - represents increases in MRR value on existing subscriptions and customers (i.e. price increases, quantity increases)
Contration MRR - represents decreases in MRR value on existing subscriptions and customers (i.e. price idecreases, quantity decreases)
Churn MRR - represents loss of MRR from Customer Cancellations
MRR Momentum Data Graph
At the Bottom of the MRR Summary report is the MRR Momentum Data graph. This report allows an accordion drill down into the MRR momentum categories to provide the details of individual customers that contributed to MRR changes. This data can be exported to .CSV format by clicking Export in on the right hand side.
The month and year in the opening column on the left hand side represents the creation date of the customer.
