Fusebill’s HubSpot integration is a seamless subscription management experience to configure, price, and then push closed-won deals right from HubSpot. HubSpot users will have access to create new customers (Contacts or Companies), add subscriptions to both new and existing HubSpot Contacts or Companies, as well as, the ability to activate the subscription via HubSpot or leave it in draft mode and activate via Fusebill.
The integration is a one-way push from HubSpot to Fusebill. A Draft customer and subscription are automatically pushed to Fusebill once the Subscription has been created in HubSpot. It will remain in this state until it is activated in HubSpot or manually activated via Fusebill.
Contacts or companies can be used to create the Customer and Subscription on Fusebill. The integration pushes the HubSpot ID to Fusebill, linking the two platforms.
The HubSpot ID will be included when the data pushes to Fusebill. Alternatively, you can manually add the HubSpot ID to already existing accounts on Fusebill.
Note: Except for the Fusebill ID, there is no other Fusebill data stored on HubSpot, as all Fusebill screens are iframes. When you Add a Fusebill Subscription in HubSpot, all the Plans available via Fusebill will be displayed in HubSpot. There is no sync with the HubSpot PriceBook.
Note: An iframe, short for inline frame, is an HTML element that contains another HTML document within it. The iframe element is specified with the iframe tag. It may be placed anywhere in an HTML document and thus anywhere on a web page.
