With NetSuite configured, you will need to configure Fusebill to map to the entities created in NetSuite.
- In Fusebill, using the left side menu, navigate to Setting >Intergrations >NetSuite.
- On the NetSuite page, click the Entity Mappings tab.
- On the Entity Mappings tab, Under Default Item Mapping:
-
- Ensure that the Charge Item field contains the entity you created in Creating NetSuite Item Entities.
- The discount and tax item should contain Fusebill Discount and Fusebill Tax.
-
- In the Revenue Recognition section, set the switch to On If you use revenue recognition.
- You must set the entity for the Revenue Recognition Start and End Date fields.
-
- In NetSuite, navigate to Customization > List, Records, & Fields >Transaction Line Fields.
- Copy the value in the ID column for each entity and paste them into the appropriate Revenue Recognition field in Fusebill.
-
- In the Location section, from the drop-down select the location you created in Setting the Fusebill Location Entity.
- In the Ledger Account Mapping section, ensure there are entities displayed. Fusebill will use default settings that are created in NetSuite. If you have modified or deleted the entities, you will need to recreate them so that the mappings will work correctly.
- In the Class Mapping section, select an entity from the drop-down menu. Select the Allow Class Override to be able to override the default class on a line-level basis.
