When multiple currencies are activated, a customer can be created using one of the active currencies. The selected currency can be changed on a customer as long as the customer is still in draft status.
To change the currency of a customer:
- On the left-side menu in Fusebill, click Customer.
- On the Customer List page, click a customer.
- On the Customer Overview page, in the Account section, click Settings.
- On the Account Settings window, select from the Currency dropdown menu a currency. Note: The option to change currency is only available when the customer is in draft status.
- Click Save.
Any draft subscriptions or draft purchases that were created before the currency change will be removed if the currency is modified. The draft subscriptions and purchases will need to be recreated using the new currency.
