This key indicator for collection agents provides a centralized view of all invoices and the health of the accounts. The page allows for a quick view of the health of accounts and allows the clerk to take appropriate action if necessary based on the recorded notes.

The collections column is an indication of the likelihood of collecting on the balance. As a billing clerk, you can select to indicate the likelihood of collection based on criteria set by the organization. The billing clerk needs to manually set the collection likelihood by selecting an appropriate collection icon. The likelihood colour selected populates the widget. The changes made to the likelihood are immediate. However, there is no impact on the auto collection. The likelihood of Accounts Receivable Aging is for visual information only.
Clicking the note icon, you can record and review the notes on the account. This can help determine the likelihood of collection and provide information on the next steps to be taken by the billing clerk.
