New Password and Security Questions Requirements
As part of Fusebill's ongoing commitment to the highest security standards in the industry, we have introduced enhanced security measures into our platform which includes a stronger password requirement and the introduction of security/challenge questions. All users will be required to change their password and set up their questions the next time they log into the Admin UI.

More Accounting Settings
We have added to the set of accounting settings that were introduced in our last release. We now have new earnings options for the system's unsuspend and un-hold (resume service) options. Read more at the link below.
Log a Ticket Directly from Admin UI
You can now log a ticket directly from the Admin UI by clicking the Support link at the top of the screen. This will pop up a window that will ask you for your information and a description of the issue, which will then be used to automatically submit a ticket to our Support team.
