Migrations On Self-Service Portal
Great news for SSP users - you can now configure migration paths to be included on your self-service portal. This allows your customers to process their own upgrades, free trial conversions, and whatever other paths you choose. The flexible configuration allows you to specify only those paths you wish to make available to your customers to self-manage (so for example, you can allow them to upgrade but not downgrade).

In addition to SSP support, API integrators can now access the Migrations API endpoints so you can easily automate your customers' subscription life cycle, from free trial to upgrade to frequency changes such as annual to monthly.

Migrate on a Specific Date
Rounding out our industry-leading migrations feature, we've also added the ability to choose a specific date for a migration. This option augments the "now" and "next billing period" options we introduced earlier. The specific date option is great for supporting, for example, a 14-day free trial period after which the subscription automatically converts to a monthly paid subscription.

The Subscriptions by Plan and Subscriptions by Product CSV downloads have been significantly enhanced to include all possible fields for reporting purposes, including custom fields. Check them out; chances are that most if not all of your reporting requirements around subscriptions can be met by these new reports - without the need for a custom report request to Fusebill Support!
- For a migration, the invoices now show the credit or balance owing that results from the chosen migration path as a line item at the bottom of the invoice.
- As part of the SSP migrations work, we have also made two additional settings available to Fusebill Admins to manage directly. You can now control whether to show or hide the "Renew" and/or "Cancel" buttons on your SSP, and customize the text and other settings.
