You can include customer notes on all customer entities. The most recent 3 notes will appear for display on the customer dashboard. Every note entry will idenitfy the User who created the note.
Customer notes can be used to hold extra information on the customer that can be useful for billing agents to manage the customer life-cycle.
Managing Notes
To see full note details and create new Note entries, click the Manage link from the Notes Box of the dashboard.
To make a hard return in the note simply use 2 space characters.
