Customer Identification information
This section of the customer dashboard contains the information that helps uniquely identify the customer. This information can be used to look up the customer, personalize invoices, send emails, calculate taxes and segment reports.
The Customer information box is composed of:
Customer Status – shows current Status of Customer Entity.
Customer Hierarchy – shows the Parent and Child relationships associated with this customer.
Customer Contact Details – customer tombstone data (Company name, First and Last name, email) see Customer Properties: Contact Details
Customer Address Data – Billing and Shipping Address of Customer displayed on invoices and used for tax calculations. see Customer Properties: Address
Customer Integration Settings – settings controlling the synchronization of data for this customer with other 3rd party applications such as Salesforce and Quickbooks Online.
Customer Email Settings – The specific emails that are active for this customer. see Customer Email Settings
Customer Email Logs – a grid showing historical emails that have been sent or attempted to be sent to the customer’s primary email address. See Email History at Customer Level
Customer Self Service Portal Settings (SSP) – Settings controlling this customers access to the self service portal, the customer’s unique user name. See Setting up Customer access to SSP
Customer Tracking Data – Sales Tracking Code values and Reference fields set on a customer in order to segment them for reporting. See Tracking Data and Reference Codes
Customer Audit Logs – a grid showing historical edits, status changes and events that have occurred on the customer. See Customer Properties: Audit Log
