Invoice Aging shows the aging of receivables in Fusebill. It is a key workspace for collections agents and provides a centralized view of all invoices.
The display is filtered by currency (if applicable) and dates - choose the specific currency and date as needed. (Note that this is a simple way to determine the AR balances at the end of an accounting period.)
The Overview report shows the summary Balance and Amounts due. The total Due within Terms reflects the invoices which are not yet overdue, no matter how long they have been outstanding. The labeled columns (e.g. "31 to 60") shows invoices that have been outstanding for more than 30 days and less than 61 days.
The Available Funds column shows the total of funds that are not allocated to invoices (i.e., the sum of account balances).
The Details table shows the AR aging on a per customer basis (i.e., each row represents a single customer and displays the balance, amount due and aged receivables. Sort the table (by clicking on the column headings) to show customers with the largest balances, or the largest balances that are overdue, etc.
Clicking Details on any row shows all outstanding invoices for a particular client.
