Fusebill's flexible and automated billing solution has been enhanced to support the automatic uplift of prices on your recurring products after a specified time period has elapsed. This is especially helpful for our users who set up annual contracts where an uplift is required after the first year, or in outer years, for example. Salesforce Integration Support for Hierarchy
For customers who wish to use the Fusebill Hierarchy feature, the Salesforce plug-in has been enhanced to allow Salesforce users to access all payment methods available to a child customer in Fusebill, including its parent's if configured.
Reporting - New AR Balance Report
Our reporting work continues with the addition of the AR Balance report to our Export CSV structure. Customers with a large amount of AR data can now export and download this report from the Notifications section.
This work also introduces a new ledger-based AR Balance report available in the Monthly Closing section of Reports, taking the place of the old AR Aging report there. The AR Aging report continues to be available from the Invoices tab as it has previously.
NOTE: Remember that the new Export process always does a uniqueness check on your report request to see if the same report has already been generated! Be sure to check the message when you submit the report to see if Fusebill has determined there is a duplicate report. This helps improve the efficiency of the reporting engine, removing duplicate work, and also allows you to quickly and easily access the report if it has already been generated.
Also remember that because of this uniqueness check, we recommend when downloading "month to date" style reports, you specify today's date as your end date, rather than the end of the current month. If you use the latter, the report cannot be generated again tomorrow because Fusebill will see the same date parameter and treat it as a duplicate.
