Export CSV for Reconciliation Report
This release includes a new interface for downloading large sets of data from Fusebill on an ad hoc basis as a background process, allowing us to support the export of much larger reports while minimizing the impact on the Fusebill UI.
For the first release, the Reconciliation Report uses the new export CSV process. Click the link below for more information. Future releases will expand this functionality to other large reports in the system.
Note that the feature also includes a new "Notifications" top-level section where the report downloads can be accessed when they are ready. Watch this space for expansions to our Notifications offerings in future.
You can now clone an existing Plan in your catalog to use it as a template for a new offering. See Creating Plans for more information.
We are always working on small enhancements to hopefully make your Fusebill experience that much better. Here's what's new this release:
- There is now a "Clear" button on the Customer Advanced Search which will clear out all search fields
- The Emails sections of both Account and Customer settings have been reorganized into categories for improved usability and readability
- The Subscription CSV download now includes the Contract Start and End dates from the Customer record
As of August 2016, the Internet Secure gateway is no longer supported by Fusebill. Internet Secure has ceased independent business operations. See http://www.internetsecure.com/ for more information.
Maintenance Notice - TLS Upgrade
The Fusebill system now supports TLS 1.1 and 1.2 across the platform.
TLS 1.0 will continue to be supported at this time, but support for this older version is being phased out over the next few weeks, at which time older systems, browsers, and integration platforms may no longer function.
You will receive advance notice of when the support for 1.0 will be removed but you are advised to ensure your systems are 1.1+ compatible as soon as possible to avoid any service unavailability.
