Ability to Cancel One-time Purchases
You can now mark a one-time purchase as "Cancelled" to indicate that you have reversed and refunded the charge for that purchase. This status allows you to easily identify such purchases in reporting, as well as in the Salesforce UI if you are synchronizing purchases to Salesforce.
We are always looking for small ways to make your Fusebill experience even better. Here are a few things we've included in this release:
- The Products and Plans pages in the Catalog have been re-ordered so that the Products are configured first, and then the Plans. Many users have commented that this more closely matches their workflow when configuring their Catalog.
- The Contact information section on the Customer screen has been moved to the top of the page, and the Identification section is now below it. Again, this more closely matches the common workflow that most users use when creating or editing a customer record.
#801 - Pro-ration with stairstep pricing model and a quantity of 0 does not pro-rate properly when charged at end of period
#1056 - View as PDF occasionally times out in Staging environment
#1459 - Debit & credit columns in Deferred and Earned Revenue summary reports did not sum up correctly
