Dashboard
The subscription dashboard is designed to give a trend analysis of subscription acquisitions across all plans over time.
If you are logged in with a Limited Agent role, this report will show only the customers associated with you and your Tracking Code.
The Overview report provides a breakdown of counts for all subscriptions by status. Hovering over any part of a bar will give you the number of subscriptions in that status for that plan. Click anywhere on a bar and you will drill down into the Subscription Details report for that Plan.
Subscription Report - By Plan
The Subscription "By Plan" report shows you a set of metrics for a specific plan and frequency. You can also report on all plans, and/or all frequencies to get a comprehensive inventory of your subscriber base.
- Use the top set of fields to select a Plan and a Frequency to report on (or select "All" in either category), and optionally a date period.
- Use the next set of fields to filter the report by any of your configured Sales Tracking codes, if applicable.
If you are logged in as a Limited Agent, the Tracking Code associated with your Role is read-only.
- Click Generate to update the report based on these selections.

Click Export CSV to export the filtered report to CSV format. Under Options, you can choose to include the full customer details in the export as well (default is OFF). When you click the Export CSV button, the system will submit a background process which will deliver the results of your report when it has been completed. You can access the report from the Notifications page at the top of the screen once it is ready. The system also automatically sends an email to the user who submitted the request once the report is ready for download.
Important! When choosing a date range, keep in mind that the dates of the report contribute to the uniqueness check for the export process, and the Fusebill system will not allow you to re-generate the same report with the same date range until after it has expired (30 days after creation). For this reason, if you are running a month-to-date report in the middle of a month, ensure that you choose today's date as your end date, so it can be run again at a future date before the original expires. For example, to run a monthly report today, November 4, choose November 4 as the end date of the report. Tomorrow, you can run the same report with the end date of November 5, and so on. If you use November 30 as your end date, you will not be able to run the same report again until after it expires.
The top half of the report shows the number of active subscriptions by month for the selected Plan(s).
In the bottom half of the report, you will see three other important metrics:
- Churn Percentage is the number of canceled subscriptions in the month divided by the number of active subscriptions at the start of the month
- Growth Percentage is the number of subscriptions created in the month divided by the number of active subscriptions at the start of the month
- % Cohort Remaining groups the subscriptions based on the month they were created and shows the percentage of them that are still active at each month afterward. It is a measure of "retention success".
Subscription Details Report - By Product
The Subscription Details "By Product" report shows you metrics about the products in your catalog, regardless of which Plan they are in or whether they are also purchased separately.
- Use the top set of fields to select a Plan and a Frequency to report on (or select "All" in either category), and optionally a date period.
- Use the next set of fields to filter the report by any of your configured Sales Tracking codes, if applicable.
Note: If you are logged in as a Limited Agent, the Tracking Code associated with your Role is read-only.
- Click Generate to update the report based on these selections.

Active Product Count
This report gives you a count of the number of times each product has been purchased, either inside a subscription or on its own (if configured). The report is sorted so that the most-sold product is at the top of the list. If all of your products are single-quantity items, then this report will look the same as the Active Product Quantities report described below.
Active Product Quantities
This report gives you a total of the quantity of each product that has been purchased either in subscriptions or on their own. In this report, we sum up the total quantity of each product sold across the selected Plan(s). It can be handy to compare the Active Product Count (when is this product included or purchased?) and the Active Product Quantities (how many of this product have I sold?) reports to determine the relative success of one product vs. another, whether there is any upselling happening after the first purchase, etc.
