This report shows you a set of summary statistics about the fluctuation in MRR in your Fusebill Account over time.
The header shows you the current month's MRR Activity. It remains static at the top of the screen.
Currency - Choose the currency on which you'd like to report
As of Date - Data for MRR is summarized nightly and the header will identify up to what date the data has been updated
Opening MRR - this is the monthly recurring revenue on your account when the current month opened up
Growth MRR - the combined total of New MRR and Expansion MRR that has occurred in the current month
Lost MRR - the combined total of Lost MRR and Contraction MRR that has occurred in the current month
Current MRR - this is the monthly recurring revenue on your account at the time that the data was last summarized (typically up to the end of the day yesterday in your local time zone).
The Export CSV button provides you with options to download the detailed information that is included in the MRR report. Clicking Options will open up additional fields where you can select to include Full Customer Details as well as to choose a date range to download. If your MRR report is particularly large, we recommend narrowing the date range to download less data at one time.
Important! When choosing a date range, keep in mind that the dates of the report contribute to the uniqueness check for the export process, and the Fusebill system will not allow you to re-generate the same report with the same date range until after it has expired (30 days after creation). For this reason, if you are running a month-to-date report in the middle of a month, ensure that you choose today's date as your end date, so it can be run again at a future date before the original expires. For example, to run a monthly report today, November 4, choose November 4 as the end date of the report. Tomorrow, you can run the same report with the end date of November 5, and so on. If you use November 30 as your end date, you will not be able to run the same report again until after it expires.
When you click the Export CSV button, the system will submit a background process which will deliver the results of your report when it has been completed. You can access the report from the Notifications page at the top of the screen once it is ready. The system also automatically sends an email to the user who submitted the request once the report is ready for download.
Note: These download controls differ from the built-in ones that come with the report graphs themselves. The three-bar icons on each graph also support a CSV download but will only give the summary information.
The middle section shows a line graph of all MRR activity under your Account over time. You can click and drag to select a section of the line graph in order to drill down into specific time ranges.
- Net MRR - graphs the final MRR amount under your account by the end of each day
- New MRR - graphs the growth in MRR under your account per day caused by new subscriptions being activated
- Expansion MRR - graphs the growth in MRR under your account per day caused by existing subscriptions increasing in value (Quantity Additions / Subscription Products included)
- Churn MRR - graphs the loss in MRR under your account per day caused by subscriptions being de-activated
- Contraction MRR - graphs the loss in MRR under your account per day caused by existing subscriptions decreasing in value (Quantity Reductions / Subscription Products excluded)
The three bar icon at the top right of each picture provides a set of actions you can take on the chart. You can print the chart, download it to CSV, or download as an Excel (XLS) file. Note that the downloads only include the summary information that was used to build the chart; not the full details.
The bottom section shows the closing MRR under your Account per Month.
