The Customers Dashboard is a "non-currency" dashboard. There are tabs across the top of this section that allow you to see the counts across all currencies, or to filter the reports to show only a single currency. (If you do not have multiple currencies configured, these tabs will not be shown.)
If you are logged in with a Limited Agent role, this Dashboard will show only the customers associated to you and your Tracking Code.
The customers' dashboard is designed to give a trend analysis of customer acquisitions over time. The dashboard provides a breakdown of customer counts for all customers (regardless of status) and customers specifically in "Active" status.
In addition, a trend percentage is displayed next to each count. This represents the percentage change that has occurred since the period in comparison to the current count. For example, below you can see that the number of customers 12 months ago was 875, compared to 7524 today, which represents a 760% increase (6649 / 875) over what the count was 12 months ago.
You can also see that while the total number of customers has increased over the year, the number of active customers is declining.
Clicking on the trend graph, or clicking the View Details button, will take you directly to the Customer report if you have sufficient permissions to do so.
