Important! Use of Moneris Canada Payment Gateway on Fusebill requires both the Moneris Fraud Protection and eFraud Transaction Mismanagement features to be activated from your Moneris account.
Setting up Gateway
Moneris Canada requires 2 identifiers for configuration:
- Enter StoreID in lower case (details to locate this information are below)
- Enter the ApiToken (details to locate this information are below)
Developer Mode - For accounts that are not LIVE, this will be always be checked. Once your Production account is LIVE you can toggle back and forth if you need to do additional testing but keep in mind in a LIVE Production account, any transactions you do will effect your ledgers. The DeveloperMode allows you to mimic transaction processing.
Locating Needed Information on Moneris Canada
- StoreID: The Store ID would have been included in your Activation letter, originally received from Moneris. It is a 10 digit alphanumeric string beginning with "mon".
- ApiToken: To find your ApiToken, login to your Moneris eSelect site. Go to Admin, Store Settings. Your API Token should be listed here. If it is blank, you can generate a new one by clicking on Re-generate API Token.
