Fusebill can support virtually any world currency in which you wish to bill your customers, The Fusebill system by default already has the top 20 world currencies per-configured and ready to be added to your account. Contact your Account Executive (sales@fusebill.com) if you wish to make a request for an additional currency.
When running a multi-currency account in Fusebill all of your financial information will become available in multiple currencies. The Fusebill System does not combine financial information from multiple currencies into single reports via the use of Exchange Rates.
Adding Currencies to your account
With Fusebill, you have the ability to configure your account to manage and bill in multiple currencies. All Plans and Products are priced for each currency. Each customer you create in the Fusebill system is set for a specific currency when they are initially set up.
To manage currencies, select Settings on the left-hand menu. From there select Customization > Currency.

When your account is initially created, USD is the default Currency. This can easily be changed by adding another currency and setting it as the default currency for your account.

Adding a new currency is simple. From the Currencies drop down, click on the currency you want to add and click the Add button to add it to the Currency table.
If you don't see the currency you need, contact Fusebill Support to see if it can be added. Generally, we can support any currency that your gateway supports with advance notice.
Managing Currencies under your Account
Once the currency is added, it will appear in the Currency table with a status of Draft.
The following actions are available for currencies:
Activate will make that currency available to be set on new customers. While a currency is in Status draft you will only be able to set pricing on your Plans and Products.
Note: If you add a new currency, then every product in your catalog must contain pricing for that currency or they cannot be activated. Keep this in mind when planning to add a new currency and ensure you allow time to set pricing for the new currency across your entire catalog.
Set Default: To make the newly added currency the Default, click on Set Default. The Default currency will have (Default) appearing after it under the Currency column on the Currency Table. All new customers created will be set to the default currency unless this is over-written at the time of customer creation.
Delete Currency: If you want to delete a currency, you would click on Delete.
Note: Currencies can only be Deleted if they have had no subscriptions or transactions associated with them. Otherwise, they need to be retired
Retire Currency: If a currency is already in use then it only be retired. When a currency is retired then no new customers can be created in this currency.
