Click on Emails from the Settings Menu to open the Emails page. From this screen, you can see which Email Notifications have been enabled and edit each Email Notification. For additional information on Email Notifications, see the Email Notifications Overview.

|Customer Activation||Customer is activated for the first time|
|Customer Credential Create||Customer's Self-Service Portal credentials are created for the first time|
|Customer Credential Password Reset||Customer's Self-Service Portal password has been reset by an admin|
|Customer Suspend||The system has suspended the customer (usually due to non-payment and expiry of grace period, if any)|
|Invoices and Statements|
|Invoice overdue||Invoice overdue|
Invoice is posted for customer
|Statement Notification||Statement is generated for customer|
|Upcoming Billing Notification||An invoice is scheduled to be posted for this customer in [x] days|
|Payments and Refunds|
|Credit Card Expiry Notification||Customer's on-file default credit card is set to expire within the next 3 months|

Enabled - Any Email with Yes is active and will be sent to customers when the trigger (see above) is met.
Actions - To make changes to the Email, click on Edit.
When you click on the Edit button, it opens up the Edit screen. This screen is broken into the following sections:
- Enable/Disable Email Notification
- Email From/Reply Bcc Details
- Email Subject
- Email Body
By default, all Email Notifications are set to Disabled.
To turn on, click on the "Edit" button for the Notification you want to edit and check the Enabled option at top of screen. Ensure you Save any changes.
To Disable or turn off an Enabled Email Notification, uncheck the Enabled box. Ensure you Save any changes.
Allows you to modify the email defaults for the From and Reply To email address and their associated Display Name
BCC email address
Allows you to direct a copy of this email internally so every time a copy is sent to a customer, this email address will also receive a copy. Multiple addresses can be included, separated by commas.
Allows you to change the information defaulted in the Subject line. This is the information that will appear as the Subject line on sent email notifications.
Via the simple HTML Editor, you can edit the default contents of the email notification.
You can add logos, hyperlinks, and other items to the email notifications.
Merge fields allow you to change the default text in the email body.
Allows you to preview the output with test data used in merge fields.
